Complaint: We scheduled a move from Wallingford, PA to Ardmore, PA on 9/18/14. The pickup seemed to go wellenough, but not with the delivery. It was a long day and we were tired, so we did not notice all of the damage right away. We were very upset to discover the amount of damage to our brand new home. Walls were scuffed, dry wall and a door frame was damaged. Furniture was scratched as well as floors.My husband and I were very accommodating to these movers, providing snacks and drinks and generoustips to all three movers .The moving company sent out a furniture service to document the damage and I filled out and sent back a claim. It is now January 6, 2015, and no one has responded to us after numerous e-mails and phone calls to resolve this claim for damages.

Desired Settlement: We would like to be reimbursed for the cost of repairing the damage that occurred as a result of their negligence.

Business Response: I am looking into this with our claims dept to see what has been done.
