              I went in on January 4th of this year for a CPAP machine that was requested by my health insurance. I was informed by adapt health that it was full covered by my insurance, and they only took my credit card and would only pay, if I failed to meet the requirements over the next 3 months. I was proceeded to be charged 5 times, twice for deductible, which I understand. But then the others they said were because supplies, that came with the device and I was not told wouldn't be covered, got denied by health insurance. It ended up being that with a $250 deductible, I paid around $650 total for an $800 device which was, as they said, fully covered by insurance. I paid those to just be done with it, and accept my loss apparently knowing these things before hand, and they have now told me I didn't pay the final amount for $158 and change, that I sent in a check on 4/5, and my bank has record of them cashing it on 4/17. And they are threatening with sending me to collections for it. I have attempted to call them multiple times, and I get to billing department, and it says an error occured and hangs up.
