Good afternoon I am reaching out to you in regards to an order that was placed on 9-04-21 at your Aramingo location in Philadelphia. When placing the order on 9-4-21 we stated that we only wanted to order material that was available for delivery as soon as possible your sales representative stated the items she sold us where available and she would be able to have them delivered as soon as that following Monday 9-06-21 which was not true we didn't receive the furniture until later that week if not the following week. Upon arrival we only received the living room set {MODEL # *** the third item on the invoice} ( that has a ripe on the left arm of the loveseat) that we took pictures of and sent to your delivery driver. Also, your sales rep was made aware of this issue as well. Also the dining room set {Model #**** Table chairs and bench} was delivered as well. Unfortunately, we were not made aware that the bedroom set {Model # ****AQ} was on delay and not on the delivery truck until later that day. Your sales representative called and stated that it would be a couple of weeks before the bed would be delivered to us. Which was not good being that we had paid for everything in full. No one has gotten back in contact with us about our property or a refund. We tried to dispute the issues with our bank but being that we approved the transaction it isn't fraud. And they suggested that we try to resolve the issue with the merchant.
