    Date of Action: 2/22/2012
    The company entered into a Settlement Agreement with the Federal Trade Commission on February 22, 2012 concerning actions brought against several replacement window companies across the country.  Long Fence and Home, LLP agreed to substantiate energy efficiency or cost savings claims for the manufactured window products it sells with reliable scientific data going forward.  No fines or consumer refunds were sought by the FTC.  The Agreement was for settlement purposes only and does not constitute an admission of wrongdoing.
