              We requested a delivery of home heating oil on Thursday 1/28/22 and scheduled delivery for Tuesday 2/1/22. On 1/31/22, $918.33 was withdrawn from my account by Maugers & Co. for the oil. On Tuesday 2/1/22, no delivery was made. I called to find out when they would be delivering and they informed me that they never had a delivery scheduled. At this point, I was 100% out of oil and needed an emergency delivery, Maugers & Co. does not provide same day emergency deliveries so I asked them to cancel the delivery and refund the money they had taken. They informed me it would take 3-5 days to be back in my account. I still have not been refunded. My mortgage is due this week and without the money they stole from me, I may not be able to pay that bill.

              I have been a loyal customer for oil and annual service and maintenance contracts for years. Today when I called for service, they said my contract was up for renewal and they need payment first. They also never provided my annual AC maintenance as agreed to in my contract this year or last, yet now when I need them the most, they can only try to act like they don't owe me what I already paid for. By the way, my contract renewal date was yesterday. Very unprofessional organization with poor customer service (Linda). They do not take care of their loyal long-term customers. I will no longer buy oil or service/maintenance contracts from them.
