              On 03/02/2022 I placed an order of ******* ***** Infant formula of 2 cases with oder number *********. The total amount for the order was $391. The order was guaranteed to be delivered by 03/04/2022. I never received it and 1 week later I called to inquire. I understand there was a shortage of formula and was reassured by a representative that the order would be fulfilled in a couple of days. The next week I called again and was told they had received a shipment and would send my order shortly. Another week went by and no order was received. I then called the company more than 5 times asking for a refund as I needed the funds to find the formula elsewhere. They stated that it would be cancelled and I would receive a receipt by email. It is now 04/07/2022-no formula was received and no refund was issued. I did not know what else to do-which is why I am reaching through this method. I hope my issue will be resolved by the company that promises to help infants with severe food allergies.

              I placed an order two days ago and paid $50 for next day shipping. I called today to follow up as I hadn't received any shipping notification. I was told it hadn't shipped because while their website says they have it in stock, they actually don't (mind you this is baby food needed for an infant to survive). I was told they have no way of knowing when it will be back in stock even though they are taking orders with delivery commitments and charging people's credit cards. I was also told by their customer service team, they have no way of communicating with the manufacturer to find out when it will be available. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told his manager was in a meeting and may never be out. This is extremely disappointing and unacceptable when you are dealing with food needed for babies to survive. They said they have an IT issue that they are working to fix however it has been at least two days and they haven't even bothered to notify customers that have placed orders. This is really disappointing and I would not recommend this company.
