            I purchased a new sofa in 10/6/21 and it was delivered on 8/27/22 about 3 weeks later we notice the feathers were coming through the seating .cushions I call then they look at in October of 2022 they said they would have to get back to factory, after several call I have no answer. I would of at least of got a call back from them on what was going on with the replacement seating or to send the sofa back..
