            WE BOUGHT A NEW SIMPLICITY MOWER from Hill Ridge almost a year ago AND it has been taken back and forth to be fixed for a year now. There is only 60 hours on this mower and Hilly Ridge relunctantly picks it up and then keeps it for long extended periods of time (they actually had it all winter) and in the Spring we had to keep calling and calling to get the mower back. They have no consideration if we have equipment to mow our lawns or not. I paid $5,000 for that mower. I am 71 and I bought that mower and I don't have that kind of money to through away. We had to purchase another mower because we have two properties and we are too old to handle transporting mowers on trailers from one property to another. It has been four times now that this mower has been in the shop. My husband has asthma and in this heat he can't be doing that kind of labor. A heart attack is waiting to happen. My husband stated to Hilly Ridge that their lot is loaded with new mowers just like ours and it is obvious we got a lemon so why don't they either get a part off of one of those mowers/ and/or give us a new mower. They said they couldn't do that...well why not???? We need help here, either I need my money back and they can have that mower or else give us a new one. This is not rocket science. I cannot believe that a business like this is so lackadaisical about something so important. I am so sick that I lost $5,000!! 60 hours is all that is on that thing!! PLease help!!!! **** went over this week again and the guy asked him if we had rough terrain that we mow!! OMG, they were at our location to get the mower to take to repair!! It is almost totally flat, two acres!! Unbelievable! And even if it wasn't, its a commercial mower right? Like I stated when **** mowed a couple of hours a spring flew out of it and everything after just went downhill.

            This spring we bought a NEW Simplicity zero turn from Hilly Ridge. My husband only used it a few times and a spring popped out and they had to come and get it to fix it. In the meantime my husband had to transport his old mower onto a trailer to travel to another property we own that has two acres while this is being fixed. They brought it back after several weeks supposedly fixed. He used it for a few times and the same thing happened, so they had to come and take it back again. They claim they ordered a spring and have to wait for it to come in to fix it. It has been four weeks we have been out of a second mower. John is 73 years old and should not be hoisting any big mowers around to getting his mowing done. It is 100 degress heat out there. If Hilly Ridge cannot lend us a mower to use (AND A NEW ONE AS OURS IS A NEW ONE) or else take a spring out of one of those mowers on the lot and put it in our NEW MOWER and get it back to us. This is ridiculous. I am 71 and of no help to John. Can anyone give any advice as to what to do here?? WHY DON'T THEY REPLACE IT WITH A NEW ONE AS OURS IS A NEW ONE!!! IF MY HUSBAND HAS A HEART ATTACK OVER THIS THERE WILL BE OTHER PROBLEMS HERE.
