            Don't use this company unless you either a) never complain, or b) have a lot of "juice." I signed on with them because I use FileVine. It took a long time to get it actually integrated, and in the meantime their results in obtaining records was so-so at best, but once the difficulties were all ironed out and I was settling in, the owner personally decided that I "complained too much" and that they weren't "a good fit" for me, so they unilaterally canceled my service. My account rep said the boss decided "the juice wasn't worth the squeeze." So keep that in mind! I didn't get to try them enough to know for sure how good the service is, but if you want to find out, make sure not to complain too much!
