I have questioned the actions of "Just It's Electric" and Erik T*****, a business person who self proclaims being an electrician with forty years of experience, who deliberately executed a classic and illegal "Bait and Switch". His actions amounted to me being billed over Six and a Half Times the written estimation (of $600), for $39957.38. The Estimate was the result of a physical inspection of the property by Mr. T****** . I was charged the new extravagant amount WITHOUT ANY NOTICE of the Increase in Charges. Mr. T***** had communicated with me each day (via text or phone), but still did not reveal his intentions. I have paid the estimated cost of $600, minus the $150 cost of the estimate (as I was instructed). Because Mr. T***** so thoroughly. examined the job at 5022 Springfield for his estimate, his actions, pricing, and methods secured my business, and kept me from investigating or engaging other electricians. Mr. T****** refuses to acknowledge any wrongdoing or mistakes, and he has not apologized. By these actions Mr. T***** has confirmed his intent to commit fraud. His financial injuries are self-inflicted. I continue to question his actions. I don't like being Ripped Off. I have attempted to have a dialogue with Mr. T*****, but he rants and calls me names, and attempts to bully me. Mr. T*****'s attitude has made seeking a simple, quick, & friendly resolution a difficult one.Once again I say that there is No Doubt that Mr. T******'s actions were / are done deliberately.
