            I mailed in a order,paid with a check, on October 27, 2021 for a ring from Concord Collection and it was sold out on Nov 3, 2021. On Nov 11, 2021 they informed me that a refund check was being mailed back to me. I didn't receive it so I called them again and they told me that it was going to be 6 weeks until I received it because of processing. I waited and I waited, still I did not receive any refund check from them. Today, Jan 6, 2022, I called them again and they told me it was mailed on Dec 28, 2021. At first, they had told me that it was mailed on Nov 11, 2021. Now they are saying I have to wait another 8 weeks in order to receive my refund. This is very unprofessional for a business. A good business should mean what they say the first time and be prompt.

            Do not do business with this company, I placed a order on 11-26-2023 and they said it would take 3 days to process. On the 29th of November it said it was in transit. I waited and check back on December 3rd and it said it was sent out and that it takes 3-8 days. Today is December the 11 and I still haven’t received my package. Also they only ship USPS First Class Mail and no tracking. I tried calling the company, I was put on hold and it kept saying all customer service representative is busy accepting calls at this time, so I stayed on hold for over an hour and it then hung up. I’ve tried calling several other times and still can’t get a hold of anybody. Please don’t waste your time with this company.

            Hi Cassandra: We had an unusual server to server communication issue on that day, and we had to reenter a number of orders manually after we resolved the problem. Unfortunately those orders were sent out late. I have added a coupon code that you can use for an extra 30% OFF your next order - enter the first part of the email you used here (but leave out the **********). The coupon will expire by the end of the month.

            Today is 01/13/2024 and still no order, so my order didn’t get sent out. Why would I place another order if I didn’t get my first order. I understand company’s have issues but it would be wise to communicate with the consumer about there order. I would also like to add that it would be wise if your dealing with jewelry to put tracking with the orders. If I ever do receive my original order I will update. Sincerely Cassandra
