on may 21st, 2021 I was pulled over by the Montgomery  county police police and at the time was informed that I had a warrant for my arrest due to a probation violation and that I was being placed under arrest. Bala Motorsport Inc, was the towing company that came to impound my vehicle. I was asked if I had somewhere I wanted the car towed and I responded for them to tow it in front of my house and gave them my address, car keys and because I was being placed under arrest removed my jewelry, fannypack, money and phones and put it in the car so that i wouldnt have to take it to jail with me. I didnt find out until a week later when i finally was able to speak to my fiancee that the car was never taken to my house. I then told her the name of the company and she reached out assuming it was at their lot in hopes of picking it up for me to avoid any further fees. bala motorsport inc proceeded to tell her that they do not have any record of receiving that car, and would not assist her further. she called the police station that arrested me and they told her that they couldnt provide her with any information pertaining to me or my case. I was finally released on aug 7th,2021. the next day august 8th 2021 I called the towing company using the number that was on the card the tow truck driver gave me, they asked me what kind of car and year and said it wasnt there, I told them that its been about 2 months and they told me that they wouldnt have sent via mail or any other communication anything to do with my car whereabouts and/or storage information. they said that the company experienced flooding a few weeks ago and that all their records was destroyed and that it was no information that could be given to me. I contacted my arresting agency and the officer that answered the phone just was like if your car was towed it is with bala thats the only company we use, i informed him what they told me and he repeated hisself and hung the phone up. i called back and was rudely told
