    I leased a vehicle threw Meadowbrook Auto Sales in March 2020 right before everything was shut down due to the pandemic. I was laid off March 29th 2020 because the night shift was cut at my company at the time due to the pandemic, and Meadowbrook put payments on hold for 2 to 3 months, which added a balance to my account because even though the payments were on hold the balance for those months still had to be paid back. I finally got back to part time work January 2021, but with it being part time had some trouble making all the weekly payments while my husband was still looking for full time employment again. But I was still sending what I could, or making double payments on the weeks that allowed me. April 2021 my car was due for emissions and inspection, I had bought a sensor that had went bad a few days prior to my appointment, the horn needed reconnected because they had given me the car without a properly functioning horn, and the brakes needed to be changed. They held my car for a week leaving me noway to get to work, fixed the sensor and a control arm, welded a hole in the frame and reconnected the horn, which would sound randomly even when the car was off and never replaced the brakes, but passed in threw emissions and inspection then charged me over $600 even though my car was still under warranty which states they cover 70% of the charges and I cover 30%, So I paid $125 the day I picked it up and they added the charge to the previous outstanding balance on my account. Fast forward to September 2021 I get very sick and my husband tested positive for Covid-19, we were out of work for a month due to quarantine I missed payments in October due to being out of work. **** was calling me back to back telling me I don't make them a priority and I'm not making home from work because he is shutting my car off. I was a mess I pay them the money and haven't miss a payment since. 7 months no missed payments and then April 25th out of nowhere **** repo's my ****.

    If I could give 0 stars I would. Complete rip off. They will tell you right over the phone they don’t care for or about your service. They wonder why you don’t take your car somewhere else to be worked on well you wouldn’t think for a hose to be over 300 cause when you call other garages they don’t charge you near as much. Like how can a company charge you 2 hours of service when you drive by a good many times and nothing is being done to it with the hood up but we will charge you 2 hours of service that most of the time wasn’t done. Such a sad business but what do they care as long as they get peoples money every week
