      I purchased a used Lexus LX 570 at this establishment and they did not provide a reserved loaner vehicle during repon multiple occasions. The sales manager did not honor his request to make the repair that he advised the service manager to look into. I waited several hours to have my car repaired and the repair was not made because the part that should have been ordered in February 2023 was not ordered until April 2023. I was referred to the sales manager by the service manager to receive a loaner vehicle (since service did not have one available although I reserved the vehicle well in advance) and he laughed and told said he could call Enterprise for me, mind you I am due to receive a loaner as a courtesy. The sales manager asked was I sure the service manager asked me to ask him for a loaner, even though the technician walked over with me and told him the same thing. As a black woman, and the only women in the presence of an Asian male and at least 4 other white males I was appalled by the mistreatment and disregard. After I explained this was the 3rd time I made an appointment for my car and reserved only to arrive from Pikesville MD (1 1/2 hour away) and other technicians take the car that is reserved and give to another customer after I wait for a week for a vehicle of comparable size, or you someone do not have one available as promised, only then did he take me seriously. Offered to expedite my repair but instead went on to help other customers and never contacting the service manager just left me waiting. I waited several hours and contacted service myself and advised I needed to speak with the sales manager. Needless to say the sale manager attempted to apologize and instructed the service manager to look into my repair only to call me separately a few days later and deny my repair order while yelling in the phone that he simply will not make the repair because it’s approximately $2,000.00. This man lacks integrity and character.

      Not honest this Dealer has made up fees that I’ve never hear of ,Beware! Tried to charge me &88000 for a car that’s listed for $69999 wow!!!

      If i could give a zero I would. Their service was horrible, treated us like less than human as we had an older car. I had an appointment for service at 6pm, they kept me waiting until 8 when they closed and the service advisor rudely told me that they did not get to my car and i would have to leave it overnight. Why did they make me make an appointment? My car's transmission got spoiled a couple of months later, and we had the same service advisor, we had the car towed to the toyota. After walking to the car to check if it was there, he opened my car door and hit the car next to mine. He said they would call after diagnosis, but never called, after we called him he explained how the cost would be $5000 and implied that we couldnt afford it without giving any options. They transfered me all around the dealership and ended up leaving multiple messages with no call back. This place treats you as less than human unless you look rich or have a new car. They discriminate severely based on outward appearance. Their service advisor was very arogant, rude, had not compassion whatsoever and will not take the initiative to call you with the diagnosis even though they were meant to. Their whole business model is based on discriminating against customers who do not fit their rich target client. I thought Toyota was inclusive of everyone, as I have not had this experience at any other Toyota dealership for the last 10 years of owning my car. This dealership is severely discrimatory and I would not recommend anyone to go here unless they are wealthy and love horrible customer service.

      We are sorry about the troubles with their transmission, we waived the diagnostic fee and offered a discount for the repairs which was declined.
