    I purchased a ****** ****** on April 4th. I was told I was purchasing a 2014 ****** ******. At the time of purchase I told them that the door needed repaired. They told me they would fix it after my purchase. Before purchase I told them if the dvd worked and they assured me it worked. After I purchased the vehicle they said they would repair it under my 90 day warranty. I scheduled a service appointment and they said it would take some time to process since I recently purchased the vehicle. Some time passed by almost two weeks and they said the bank checked and I wasn’t employed for my employer. I told them I switched to a new employer and sent the paystub. On Thursday April 14th two days after I submitted the paystub for the new employer they called me and said I needed to return the vehicle because the bank denied the loan. When I went back in they said the only way I could keep the vehicle is if I paid them 6,000 down. I didn’t have that much so they refunded me my down payment of 2,630 and took the vehicle back. They never gave me a direct extension to talk to the bank and the bank couldn’t provide any information other than I had a new loan. The day after I returned the vehicle I found it listed as a 2017 not the 2014 that they sold it as to me. It was also listed for 26,000 and I purchased for 19,000. I believe I was swindled out of my vehicle by a mistake that they made on the year. The vehicle is 2017 not a 2014. The manager never explained this and instead told me they were unable to finance to me even though I was driving the car for nearly two weeks already.

    I purchased a used Lexus LX 570 at this establishment and they did not provide a reserved loaner vehicle during repon multiple occasions. The sales manager did not honor his request to make the repair that he advised the service manager to look into. I waited several hours to have my car repaired and the repair was not made because the part that should have been ordered in February 2023 was not ordered until April 2023. I was referred to the sales manager by the service manager to receive a loaner vehicle (since service did not have one available although I reserved the vehicle well in advance) and he laughed and told said he could call Enterprise for me, mind you I am due to receive a loaner as a courtesy. The sales manager asked was I sure the service manager asked me to ask him for a loaner, even though the technician walked over with me and told him the same thing. As a black woman, and the only women in the presence of an Asian male and at least 4 other white males I was appalled by the mistreatment and disregard. After I explained this was the 3rd time I made an appointment for my car and reserved only to arrive from Pikesville MD (1 1/2 hour away) and other technicians take the car that is reserved and give to another customer after I wait for a week for a vehicle of comparable size, or you someone do not have one available as promised, only then did he take me seriously. Offered to expedite my repair but instead went on to help other customers and never contacting the service manager just left me waiting. I waited several hours and contacted service myself and advised I needed to speak with the sales manager. Needless to say the sale manager attempted to apologize and instructed the service manager to look into my repair only to call me separately a few days later and deny my repair order while yelling in the phone that he simply will not make the repair because it’s approximately $2,000.00. This man lacks integrity and character.
