      They had my vehicle twice to fix one problem and now I have additional problems. Contacted ****** and left a message to have him call me back in reference to the problems after the second time of them having my vehicle. No response or call back. I showed up to the shop the next day to find him just conversing with the woman who works at the desk. When I told him I had been waiting on his call back his response was ******. He gave incorrect information about what my insurance company said to him about working on it a 3rd time. I even had to put my insurance rep on speaker to correct what was actually said. I was told to call ******, the service manager, the following Monday to schedule yet another test drive. I left a vmail on a Monday and by that Wed.. still no call back. I contacted ****s customer service and they requested for someone to call be back and by the following Monday, still nothing. I called **** customer service a SECOND time only to be told they have the option to call me back or not. I took my truck to another shop and they told me that the service **** at Kent ********************** had put on a bad part. Which meant that I cant even take my truck elsewhere to correct the issue, because its the responsibility of the shop who put the bad part on to replace it. My insurance will not pay someone else to fix an issue they caused. After attempting to contact them multiple times it seems as though now, they are refusing to fix 1.) the original issue I went to them for. 2.) the issue THEY caused by putting on a bad part. And yet, they have been paid in full for each time they worked on my truck. I have a family of 5, with lots of travel planned and activities for my children; all in which I would need my truck. I have no clue how they are able to get away with treating ANYONE like this. Or maybe not enough people report their unethical and questionable way of doing business and treatment of customers.

      Service department has some sketchy situations happen. Had my car worked on, obtained a loaner vehicle since repairs would take a couple of days, has loaner for weeks and kept checking up on our car. Our car had GPS, and we tracked vehicle to a McDonald’s in a different town. Vehicle has been stripped of all our belongings and smoked in. Intercepted individual who was approaching the vehicle, he handed us our keys and ran away. Dealership had no clue our vehicle was missing. Beware this place.
