Buyer beware! Dishonest and attempted to swindle us on the purchase of a 2020 ***** *** *********************. Company is representing the car as Certified and without accidents. Our initial communication regarding this vehicle started the evening before we saw the vehicle. Terms of purchase had been negotiated. The following afternoon we drove from over an hour away to see the car and then we were left sitting and waiting another hour (while it became completely dark outside) for them to bring the car just so we could test drive it. (ODD- they knew we were coming) Took it on a very short test drive and then had to ask them to bring it to a place where there was more light so we could look the vehicle over thoroughly. They had us move the car to a dimly lit parking garage when there was a brightly lit parking area not more than 100 feet away. (ODD) We proceeded to carefully inspect the car and thought we were good when we discovered there was condensation in the headlights. Then we discovered that the vehicle had accident damage on the driver side fender and door area. Vehicle had been freshly painted (over-spray and paint bubbles we seen and acknowledged by sales rep) and the fender was misaligned! We also found out they were not going to honor the KBB trade-in amount that was determined using their website calculator. Horrible experience and tremendous waste of time. I truly expected better from Chevy Chase Acura. I will be reporting this to ***** Corporation.
