    I bought a 2020 **** ******** from ****** ********* June 28th. 2 weeks later, I get a check engine light. Bz motors explained that they couldn’t get me in until July 28th. Fine. I left it sit until I dropped it off July 27th. I contacted them Aug3rd. Response was guy has been busy. Okay I get it. Then I called Aug 10th. Same response… I checked today September 6th, my **** is still sitting in the same spot since they have had it. I have seen cars move in and out while mine still sits there. Worse part, they didn’t even offer me a rental. Thank goodness my husband and I have a 2nd vehicle. But that is getting hard. I just want to start seeing results considering I’m paying $700 a month for a vehicle I bought from them to not be able to drive.

    My 2012 Jeep Liberty engine broke and I needed a new one. It was towed to the dealership on 12/25/21. First it took two weeks for the dealership to even look at my jeep. I was then told my engine would be in January 10th. I waited no one called me. I called the dealership the next day and my service provider said it wouldn’t be in till February. My dealership service provider gave me Chrysler’s number and said to call complain and the engine will come quicker.I called had a case manager for Chrysler. Now I’ve been without a car for weeks now. The dealership told me they do not offer a loaner car. Chrysler told me my vehicle is too old to qualify for a loaner car. It took then 96 days to get my engine to the dealership. The whole time no one would help my with transportation. For 96 days I was stressed out and struggling to make it to every day events. I also struggled to get to my doctors appointments. Being that I am disabled I need to see my doctors regularly. Never have I ever dealt with such a selfish company. In my opinion they could care less about their customers. Once they get your money they don’t care about you at all.
