BBB Customer Review Rating plus BBB Rating Overview
BBB Customer Reviews Rating represents the customers opinions of the business. The Customer Review Rating is based on the number of positive, neutral and negative customer reviews posted that are calculated to produce a score.
|Customer Review Experience||Value|
|Positive Review||5 points per review|
|Neutral Review||3 points per review|
|Negative Review||1 point per review|
BBB letter grades represent the BBB's opinion of the business. The BBB grade is based on BBB file information about the business. In some cases, a business' grade may be lowered if the BBB does not have sufficient information about the business despite BBB requests for that information from the business.
BBB Letter Grade Scale
Star Rating scale
BBB Customer Review Rating plus BBB Rating is not a guarantee of a business' reliability or performance, and BBB recommends that consumers consider a business' BBB Rating and Customer Review Rating in addition to all other available information about the business. If the BBB Rating is NR then only Customer Reviews are used for the Star Rating.

Complaint: I entered into a three year contract with Yarnell, and I have satified the three year agreement and it has been paid in full. Yarnell, has attempted on several different occasions to suggest that I entered into a five year agreement, which I have not, and Yarnell has suggested that an unauthorized individual may or may not have signed this five year contract. However, there is no Contract in writing, nor was there ever one for a five year term of service. All monies owed for the three year Contract that was in writing were satisfied and the account with Yarnell was inactivated on July 22, 2014, and no service has been provided by this company to myself since then. I have placed many phone calls to Yarnell, in hopes I would be able to obtain the disputed five year Contract in writing. Yarnell, however, will not, and can not provide this paperwork as there is no five year contract, nor has one ever existed. Yarnell, is now demanding close to $900.00 for said non-existing five year contract. This needs resolved immediately, as my credit is now being affected.
Desired Settlement: I want to have the money that Yarnell is claiming I owe for a five year contract, redacted and at a zero balance, as i have not had any services provided to me and I have not entered or signed any paperwork in regards to a five year contract. This is now affecting my credit and must be immediately rectified.
Business Response: Please retract any monies owed by this customer.
All charges will be credited to his account today.
