Complaint: • A prepayment of $360.40 was made to Jones Termite by our check dated June 2013 for future services. • We subsequently sold our house with a close date of July 31, 2013. • Per a phone call sometime in July of this year, I spoke to Mr. Jones regarding a refund of our prepayment, explaining to him we were moving and no longer required its services. He agreed to return our prepayment. • When the refund was not received, I wrote a letter to Mr. Jones dated October 14, 2013 reminding him of his commitment to return our $360.40. • No response from anyone at Jones Termite to my letter. • On November 6th, I phoned Jones Termite. Their machine answered and I left a message again requesting payment. • To date, there has been no response from the company.

BBB's Final Determination: Business offered a resolution. Consumer did not pursue further with BBB and the matter was assumed to be resolved
