              Isaac’s moved me at the end of July. I live in a 1 bedroom apartment. I had already moved all hanging clothing except for my front closet jackets, and had moved all mirrors and art. The movers took an excessively long time to pack my belongings, and were found to be texting on their phones several times when we came to check on them. I was charged for 5 wardrobe boxes (only 4 wardrobes boxes were used, only one of which was for hanging items in), a TV box (my TV had its own box sitting beside the TV, pointed out to the movers) and a mirror box (there were no mirrors to move). The movers asked for bottled water, which I did not have not do I environmentally support, and when I told them they could help themselves to ***** filtered water, they instead chose to drink canned sparkling juices that were in my home. Isaac’s has not responded to my emails regarding this.

              So the scheduler failed to mention additional upcharges when booking. I was charged over $200 more than what was quoted. And when I called to request a complete break down of my charges I was told twice that the paperwork had not been available to do so . Holacce D***** was super rude via email telling me I was a crazy person who could'nt read and was extremely nasty. I am submitting emails to my attorney for harassment as she continued to email me after I had already stated I was going to dispute the additional charges. They cahrged me $1007 to move a queen size bedroom set and a king size platform bed. I am ok with payng whats' due however the rude custome service I recieved was unacceptable all because I asked for a breakdown. I suggest they take a closer look at who they have scheduling for them because they clearly lack customer service and/or service recovery skills. Atleast Hollace D***** does!! I gave 2 stars because although the 3 men they sent never introduced themselves or gave thier name, they were very professional and overall pleasant.
