I gave them a $100.00 down payment in November 2021 for a set of wheels for my ****** power wheelchair. Here it is, September 2022, and I'm still waiting for the wheels. Initially, he told me it was taking longer because of the manufacturer, then I called again, and he said they were stuck at sea. I called them almost 2 months ago and told them I want a refund for my $100.00 because I have not received the wheels. He first told me refunds are done every first of the month. So, I waited for them to submit the refund. I contacted my bank, and no refund was pending from them on my account. I called them again and asked about my refund, He told me he will submit the refund. Again, I never received it. I called them again at the beginning of this week and gave them my new debit card number and was advised I should be receiving my refund by the end of this week. Here it is Friday, I contacted my bank and they do not see a pending refund and I have not received my refund. I tried calling the office today and texted the owner and no one picks up or responded to my text. I understand it's only $100.00 to them but for me a disabled woman, in a wheelchair, that's a lot of money. Can you please assist me with this issue?
