Complaint: Wen speaking to customer care agent he stated that he would put me on hold and he did he left me there for more then 10 minutes, also wen I called Monday august/12/2013 they said I would receive a refund in my account by Wednesday august/14/2013 and I still haven't received my refund and to finish it off before I hanged up the phone the customer service agent used foul language in his native tongue (******* or north ******)

Desired Settlement: I want them to provide a refund for the money I spend not only on the product but the money I spend in shipping and handling I did everything in a timely matter and I expect a business like theirs to do the same or even go to greater extents to keep there customers happy, however that was not the case with me to day.

Business Response: A full refund ($74.99) has been issued to customer's ****** account. If the customer uses a credit/debit card to fund the transaction, the credit should be posted to customer's account in the next 24 - 48 hours.
