              Cigna owes me $1,100 for paying out of pocket for a procedure that is covered by my plan. The procedure was done in Jan. 2023. I have yet to receive the check, I have called everyday for the last two weeks looking for my check.

              Normally, I have a difficult time dealing with Cigna, but yesterday (03/27/2024), I had one of the best customer service experiences with a representative named Sahar. I had been dealing with a frustrating situation with a prior authorization for a prescription, and no one had any idea how to solve the issue. Sahar was able to figure out what the issue was, and it was something no one would have ever thought of! The prescription immediately went through with my manufacturer savings card! If I hadn’t gotten her help, I would have needed a prior authorization denial every single month that I needed my prescription, which would have been extremely tedious and frustrating. Thank you so so much Sahar!!!!
