Problems with Product/Service

Complaint: We are clients of this insurance company. We submitted a claim, according to our contract with the company, on May 20 2015. The company, according to the same contract, had 10 business days to resolve our claim. They acknowledge reception and completion of the paperwork, but failed to produce a result in the established time-frame. Moreover, even now, after more than 20 business days, they refuse to even provide an estimation to the resolution date.
Desired Settlement: Full insurance refund payment according to the claim and the contract.
Thank you for your July 4, 2015, correspondence regarding the above-noted claim. ********** is the sales administrator for the travel insurance policy Mr. ****** purchased. We have contacted the claims administrator, **** ****, Inc., and the underwriter, ****** ****** **** ********* *******, regarding Mr. ******'s concerns.
We have been advised payment was entered for Mr. ****** June 18, 2015, and a check was mailed June 25, 2015 in the amount of $2,335.32.
