              I have a contract with Marshall Services dated August 17th 2021, it was for installation of a lennox cast iron hot water boiler and a generac natural gas generator with automatic transfer switch. The problem is the installation of the gas generator has not been completed yet. It was installed in December 2021, and gas line was split at that time. February 26th 2022 electricians came out to install automatic transfer switch they said they had the wrong switch and left. There has been no communication with me since that time, I called ***, manager at Marshalls twice and ****, electrician once and have received no follow up call yet. My wish is to have this job completed, correctly, and I want to pay $10,159.00 the balance of my contract and not a ***** more. Please help me achieve this.

              Their $19.99 monthly plan is a waste of money as their prices are so expensive that even when discounted are at the top end compared to other companies. They also recommended plumbing work that would have been just as cheap to replace the toilet with a brand new one.

Our Gold membership is our biggest value getting you 1 heating maintenance, 1 cooling maintenance, 1 plumbing inspection and a electrical inspection all for $19.95 a month covering all equipment in your home. Our pricing is consistently researched and compared to other companies within our area and comparable in size. We find that most of our clients say we are very well priced. We always give options on all our work which includes repair vs replace. Once again sorry you feel we are to expensive and would like to discuss this with you further. Sam ************
