Complaint: Charged for diagnostics $125, replaced an evaporator coil and added gas for $800 additional. States that the system is working good. We called to get the system working but the A/C repair cannot keep up with the outside heat. I have to use portable air conditioner and fans to drop the temperature inside. The A/C unit is working all the time and cannot drop more than 10 degrees difference. When I call back, they are saying something else must be bad, like the location of the intake vents, the pipes wrongly designed, etc. Many of which were done when the house was built in 1995 and which I cannot change. Coming out with new issues is not acceptable, they charged 125 for diagnostics which then should be considered poorly done then.

Desired Settlement: I want the A/C service to work as they said it will or refund back the money they charged me.
