Complaint: I paid for the purchase and installation of a ********** air condition / heating unit from Able Air-1 last year. The unit has developed problems (cracks in the unit and an oil leakage). I have called Able Air-1 five times over the past week and a half. The person answering their telephone told me they'd pass the information on to the proper person, who would get back to me. I've also sent emai inquiries via the Able Air-1 website and via regular email. I have received no response at all. Even if Able Air-1 for whatever reason is avoiding me, I still need to learn the identity of the ********** authorized dealer from whom Able Air-1 purchased the unit which was subsequently sold to me. I called ********** USA and they told me that my five year guarantee is valid only through the factory authorized dealership from whom Able Air-1 purchased the unit. I need for Able Air-1 to tell me who that factory authorized dealership is as ********** USA could not determine that.
Desired Settlement: The first desired outcome is for Able Air-1 to answer my telephone and email inquiries. The second desired outcome would be for Able Air-1 to repair the ********** "*** ****" a/c - heating unit within the parameters of the warrantee. The third desired outcome would be for Able Air-1 to at least identify the authorized dealer from whom they purchased Model MSZ ****** serial number ******* and Model *** ****** serial number ******** so I can get someone else to do the repair within the ********** warrantee
