Complaint: Purchased a sofa sleep bed back in May 2013, collected are money in full til this date have no received the pillows to the sofa when calling the store they never return your phone calls.. This is a terrible way to do business considering the sofa cost was 1700.00 dollars.and the pillows are what finishes the look of the furniture. I just can't understand why these pillow can not be UPS out to me.

Desired Settlement: Would like the pillows and a refund of 100.00 dollars for my time driving back and forth to this store. Please help.

Business Response: consumer received the pillows in question. there was a fabric delay from the textile mill thus causing the subject consumer to complain. we did inform the consumer of the delay. all resolved.
