            In July/Aug 2021, I paid 1/2 deposit of a $5,700 estimate to Professional Electric (Prolec) to install a new air conditioning unit at my Condo (*** **************, #***, Alexandria VA,, *****). As of this date, the AC has still not been delivered/installed. Most of my phone calls and emails to Prolec have gone unanswered. When the company rep ****** does take my call, she says she will check on the status, but does not call me back. The first week of March 2022, Prolec answered my call and said the unit was in and we arranged for installation on 11 Mar 2022. My tenant, who is already very upset about not having **, took the day off of work and waited. Prolec never arrived, nor called me or my tenant to advise that they would not be there. When I called Prolec and announced my name, ********* hung up the phone. When I immediately called back, she had forwarded the line to their answering service. It has been nearly 8 months that Prolec has had my money. I understand that there are supply chain issues, but that excuse from them is getting old and unbelievable at this point. I am currently assigned to ** **** ********, *********, ******* and have been trying to get this matter resolved. Can you please provide assistance? thank you.

            Not only does the owners son, Tom, come to work high as a kite every single day, but so does their other worker Theo. But to make it even worse, they both steal from the houses they work I . Theo has no problem taking money and jewelry and pawning them at the pawn shops in the areas. Then when you address the issue, you are avoided at all costs. Do not let these people in your house!
