    I purchased a ******* *** (2015) on ******** *** app sold by merchant Spry LLC in the goods marketplace for $258.59 on 02/21/2022 and arrived @ my residence on 02/25/2022. Initial inspection of the unit seemed good cosmetically but didnt have wifi set up in my house at the time so could not check functional components of the laptop until early May 2022. ******* listing and Spry website states they have a 30 day return policy where Spry will even pay return shipping. On 5/11/22, when attempting to reinstall the OS for the ******* by booting the laptop into recovery mode, i ran into a firmware lock that wouldnt allow me to continue to reinstall, and firmware lock would not allow any other start up than normal startup process. This lock prevents me from using the laptop and now firmware lock pops up even with normal startup. I immediately notified ******* of this firmware lock and i was assured that Spry would be notified of my return request and should receive a response within 72 hours. Spry responded by accusing me of activating the firmware which is ridiculous and untrue. Spry rep contacted me through email on 5/13/22 and requested pics of the *******, order numbers, serial numbers, and problem with the device stated which was submitted to them same day. I continued to contact Spry and ******* over the next week on a daily basis to return the product for replacement or refund.On 5/18/22 Spry rep ******* H suggested a couple fixes, but none of these worked due to the firmware lock and on 5/19/22 ******* stated there was nothing more they could do and claimed their return policy was a 3 day grace ****** after the sale and not the 30 day policy claimed on their listing and website. Referred back to *******/***** at this time. On5/20/22 received email from ******* denying return b/c Spry did not approve the return and return cannot be made without merchant approval. I have a laptop that never worked and a refusal by merchant to make this right.

    Awful. I purchased an 'excellent renewed' iPhone 11 Pro from Amazon - I had no idea that THIS reseller "BuySPRY" dba "YRS LLC" was fulfilling the order. Yesterday, I was handed a Fedex poly mailer direct from the delivery driver, no protective box, nothing. Opened it to find an OPEN aftermarket 'smart phone' carton box (picture the strength of a butter box) with a 'security' sticker that was clearly pre-opened (dust and hair on it and, well, the box was open....) I take the unprotected phone out of the carton. It won't turn on. Finally I get the start screen on, and the battery is at 1%. No charging will get this phone going. The phone is HOT HOT HOT to the touch when I do have it plugged in to the charger, and it won't advance past the set up screen "where are you located." I can't even begin the set up process, because it's a broken phone stuck at 1%. Well, because I bought this from Amazon (or so I thought,) I figure - I might as well just return it and go to the actual Apple store and get an actual, working quality phone. Nope. "Sean P******" of the BuySpry "Customer Service" team is emailing me saying that I need to send photos of the phone to 'prove you are returning one of ours'- no can do, Sean.... I purchased this phone because... get this... I need to replace my old iPhone 8 which bit the dust recently.... Shocking, right?! But furthermore - he says I am "required" to send them data "found on the settings page of the phone" as additional proof before they will even issue me a return label!!! I CAN'T TURN ON THE BROKEN **** YOU SENT ME!!! How am I supposed to get to the setting screen?! So, BuySpry is refusing to accept returns or issue refunds when they knowingly send out broken tech to Amazon customers which is against the TOS and Seller Contract. Absolutely deplorable. I have been dealing with this for way longer than any customer should - JUST SEND THE RETURN LABEL AND REFUND MY $453.55
