      I will never, ever take another vehicle to this establishment. They so called changed my transmission on 8/'22 and the one they put in was bad from the beginning. I brought it back a few weeks after and they had a Tech drive it, but because no waring lights came on, there was nothing they could do I was told. Then finally through the grace of GOD before the warranty was up the warning light came on. Now they gave me the run around and I had to give them an extra $300 on top of the $1800 because they could not find a transmission for the same price, which is not my fault we agreed on $1800, so I decided to GIVE them the $300. Now it is 3/24/23 and they finally "installed" another transmission and the vehicle will not go above 20mph. Called them back up and I was told I will have to take it to a dealer to get the computer reprogrammed, because the Tech left the country. I said no, you need to fix my vehicle. I paid for a service that is not being rendered. I was told to leave the vehicle there until 4/12/23 when the Tech gets back. I've been patient and even GAVE them $300 extra, and now I have to wait again for 2 and a half weeks more?! This is insane!! To be honest I think they tried to rebuild the old transmission and failed, now this so called used one has issues (needs programming) then why did the last one installed did not have to be reprogrammed? Something does not make sense. I am so frustrated and disappointed with the way things are being handled. I tried to work with them but they are trying to push me out the door (I am becoming a pain in the rear) and take the car and have someone else reprogram it. Sorry, that was not part of the deal. They did offer to give me the money back but my daughter needs her vehicle for college. It is not fair when you pay for a service and your vehicle is still the same after 4 months. All I am asking for is what I paid for, nothing else. I would stay far away from this place. Not trust worthy.
