This has been the worst car place I've ever done business with. They sold me a lemon June 2. Within the 30 days that i have had this vehicle I have brought it into the shop twice. I am still not in use of the vehicle it's been in their shop for 2 weeks in which one of those weeks I was completely without a vehicle because they said they had no loaner vehicles available (since I am paying an extra 2500 for an extended warranty, they can't even fulfill). The service guy I spoke with Monday said to me there has been more work needing to be done than the car is worth. Good to know buddy. It took me 3 weeks to speak with a supervisor and the only reason Erin the supervisor gave me a call is because I threatened to not make my full car payment since I have barely even had the car in my possession. She basically told me in the kindest way she could oh well you're in a legal bind if I don't get my payment, I'm having the loaner car repossessed. Jack was the salesman, who claimed to have been in business with this shady company for 15 years, well done Jack! And the fact Jack hasn't called me back or returned any of my emails confirms he knows he lacks morals and I hope your daughter, granddaughter, sister or mother never comes across a salesman like you who would is okay with taking as much advantage and money as they can from a naive female, knowing they are about to sell you a product that will cause them more stress than relief. So, fingers crossed there won't be a third incident where I end up broken down on a dangerous highway again because Like Erin said unfortunately your now in a Legal bind with us and you signed a contract for this vehicle. You're a real peach Erin I hope your paycheck is worth you being the type of person who doesn't care about whether your company sells dangerous vehicles as long as that payment is on time. I suggest anyone even thinking about using this dealership reconsiders just look at the reviews on here and how similar they are to eachother!

Meghan, I am sorry your Chevy Cruze needed a major mechanical repair shortly after purchase. The good news is we are covering 100% of the cost of this $4000+ engine rebuild. $0 cost to you. I also see that you were provided with a loaner vehicle. Jack is in our sales department and does not have any authority or responsibility in the service center so he would not be much help with this matter. Again, I apologize this happened but we are doing everything necessary to make it right. Unfortunately, cars can and do break down. We proudly stand behind them and make things right if and when it happens.
