My name is ***********************, In April of last year, my unce and I went to Shively motors of chambersburg  and got a vehicle. It is a 2015 ***** **** ******. I got a Gold warranty with the compnay, which is a powertrain warranty. I am financing the vehicle through ******* ******************** which I have paid $2,218.07 of the loan so far. On Feb 22, 2022, my uncle and I were coming back home from Harrisburg, when we were going up a mountain and the engine of my vehicle locked up on us. We got in touch with a local body shop near us to take the vehicle to the dealership. So far it has been at the dealership for over a month. My uncle and I have got in touch of them several times, they do not want to deal with us in an good manner, and they told me they could not give me a rental vehicle since the **** body shop were the ones that brought the vehicle to them.In November of 2021, I hit a large rock on the road and had to take it to the local body shop that I said about earlier. They had to replace some parts, and I thought something with the repairs they had done could have caused it. They looked the vehicle over, and said that their repairs had nothing to do with my engine being locked up.I am uploading the contract i have with Shivelys, the copy i have of the summary of the incident that happened in november, and routine maintance i had done at Shivelys.
