              The service department has left the inside of my vehicle dirty and stained. If your windshield is tinted they will make you sign a paper stating they will cut around the tint.... However, when you see that they ripped your tint in actuality, that's a different story. Those guys in that department do not care!..... The dealership cares sooo much when you want to purchase a vehicle or if they want you to trade yours in, but once the deal is done, they could care less....... unless you look a certain way, or are in a particular tax bracket.

              Hello, I'm so sorry for the dirt or stains that you found inside your vehicle. I would love the opportunity to clean or remove these marks or stains at your convenience. In regards to the tint that was applied to the windshield. this is a customization to vehicles that is illegal as per the vehicle code in PA, but there is confusion if it is rejectable for the purposes of PA State Safety Inspection. That being said, we have not been rejecting vehicles for having tint on the windshields, however it is very challenging to to remove the existing inspection stickers due to the angle of the windshields and the close proximity to the dash that limits access to remove the stickers without collateral damage to the surrounding tint. So to be transparent and up-font with our customers we make every effort to warn our customers ahead of time of these limitations we have and of the damage that may occur to the surrounding tint, before we remove the old inspection stickers.
