On October 16, 2016 I purchased 2019 **** ********. The vehicle had 25,897 miles which is correctly reflected on the sales agreement, however the warranty agreement reflects 24,859 which is 1,038 miles under. In addition, their website says they offer a lifetime warranty on the powertrain and it is of no cost to the customer as they are the only dealership in the state that offers this warranty (this was what attracted me to them). In addition my retail purchase agreement sales the price of the vehicle was $29,810.00 when their website and my pre-approval from ******* *** has the car price as $25,500. On October 22 I called and left a message for a manager to call me back. About an hour later, the finance manager called me back stating everything was correct and that amount included the additional warranty I asked for and gap insurance. He suggested I come in and we could discuss in person. I informed him I was out of town on vacation. On 11/2/21, I called and spoke to Emilio he stated he would pull my paperwork and call me back. About five hours later, he called back and stated they charged me $2895 for the lifetime powertrain warranty and $675 for destination and reconditioning which was the cost for getting the vehicle. I asked him to clarify as this vehicle was already in stock and they did not have to go pick up anything for me. He stated they charge this fee to all of the vehicles in they have regardless of whether they had to pick it up or not. All of this shows proof that this company lacks integrity and is fraudulently charging for services that they are advertising as free as well as adding fraudulent charges to pad the bill. I would like for Raceway to send me or my finance company a check for the amount overcharged of $4,310 plus any taxes and fees that were added in addition. They also need to correct my warranty. This is a direct way to force me to forfeit my warranty for my tires because it is linked to ensuring my oil change is done every 3,000 miles
