            I had my initial chapter 13 consultation and 2nd call with Mr. Tommy Andrews and it went well. However, the next steps he had turned me over to someone on his team and it pretty much went downhill. The person handling my case wasn’t at all prepared when my phone appointments with her. I don’t think she read my file or even picked it up until we were in the phone call. During the process, when I had questions it was hard to reach her in spite of numerous calls. She didn’t respond to my VM messages in a timely fashion, The only thing that went well was my appointment with the trustee who was very nice and put my mind at ease that everything would work out for my case! Thankfully so far so good since my payments are simply deducted from my bank account moving forward. I do plan to try and get a quarterly report to see my remaining balance moving forward. I’ve recommended this firm to a couple other friends and relatives. They’ve had a different team member and told me they were extremely happy with the great service they’ve received! So I’m glad to hear that my experience is not the “norm” from this firm!!
