Lh brubaker service tech arrived at 8 am on 6/7/2023 to diagnose ** washer under warranty contract from lh brubaker. Tech said it was a washer plate and had brought one with him. After 4 hours, yes 4 hours of hammering, drilling, cutting his finger , hurting his back, and moaning loudly and calling for help from ** appliance tech hotline, ** brubaker techs, his service manager. I called ** brubaker myself from 1030 am till after tech left at noon. No one would call me from lh brubaker. Tech could not get the shaft out of the washer machine. Tech left at noon, service called me back at 1215 pm and said the tech left hours ago, I said no he left at noon. Service mgr was completely rude to me, tried blaming it on hard water when I have a water softener, gave me no indication when my washer would be repaired. Just completely a jerk with no caring. It's obvious he left a tech hammer, bang and drill my washer 4 hours till the technician couldn't do it anymore because he was in severe back pain from trying to get a seized shaft unloose for 4 hours. I never witnessed anything like this in my life. If something cant be fixed you call the warranty company and tell them it not repairable. Not torture a customer 4 hours with loud noise and allow technician to continue to work when he reported a back injury to the service manager shorty after arriving at my house probably around 9 am. The washer after hour should of been deemed unrepairable. But instead the service manager blamed me for hard water and offered no solution and simply doesn't care I have no washer. I had a previous service call on this washer 11/30/22 and reported it was putting dirt on clothes and not rinsing. Lh brubaker only replaced a gear under the washer on 12/20/22 and said the dirt was normal washer sludge buildup .
