Apply for Accreditation
Follow the steps outlined below to become a BBB Accredited Business.

There are a number of documents that must be completed in full and submitted to BBB in order for your company to become a BBB Accredited Business. Please carefully review and complete the following steps:

Step 1: BBB communicates primarly by email. If you have not already, you MUST provide BBB with written consent before we can correspond with you via email about BBB Accreditation or any other BBB programs or services. Please click here to fill out our online email correspondence permission form.

Step 2: Download, complete and submit the Business Questionnaire. (Note: This form must be completed in full to apply for accreditation).

Step 3: Download, complete and submit the  Accreditation Application Form. (Note: This form must be completed in full to apply for accreditation).

Step 4Download, complete and submit the Accreditation Agreement(Note: This form must be completed in full to apply for accreditation). 

Step 5Download, sign and submit the BBB Code of Business Practices/ Standards of Trust. (Note: This form must be completed in full to apply for accreditation).

Step 6Provide us with a copy of your Municipal Business License (photocopy or scan).

Step 7:  Provide us with a copy of your Incorporation documents (photocopy or scan) if applicable.

Step 8: Gather all the above documents and submit them to BBB serving Vancouver Island via:
