As of September 16, 2011:
BBB performed a review on this Accredited business in relation to an allegation from a consumer that they were engaging in "vanity publishing". Vanity publishing is defined as contracting with an author to assist with the production of a book. BBB contacted the business to respond to the allegation. The managing editor responded by informing BBB that they have various libraries across Canada who have requested a free copy of their anthologies and have provided BBB with the names of these libraries. Bookstores do not display their anthologies for retail, however they can be ordered by using the ISBN number.
The business has also provided BBB with an outline of their selection and judging process.
Anthologies are catalogued at the National Library of Canada.
