Problems with Product/Service

Complaint: Charged me excessively, cash only (despite state mandate) no receipt, damaged car, stole items from car Ogden auto towing impounded my car. It was only in impound for 2 days, but they charged me $375. I was told I could only pay cash. The state impound laws require impound lots to accept credit and debit cards. Furthermore, I was told they could not make change for my cash. I was not provided a receipt. On my vehicle impound receipt, one of the items listed as being found in the car was a Rigid 18v impact driver. This item was not in the vehicle upon pickup. Estimated cost of replacement is $199 plus tax. On my vehicle impound receipt, the only noted damage was a dent to the front fender and dent on the trunk lid. Upon pickup of the vehicle, I found that the tail light lens was smashed out and a trim piece was missing from the drivers side. Estimated repair cost is $400 plus tax. I have contacted the owner several times and he has ignored any and all of my requests.
Desired Settlement: I am seeking replacement for my power tool, and repair of my vehicle, in the form of cash reimbursement or physical replacement and repair. I also am seeking a receipt for my charges.
