BBB Customer Review Rating plus BBB Rating Overview
BBB Customer Reviews Rating represents the customers opinions of the business. The Customer Review Rating is based on the number of positive, neutral and negative customer reviews posted that are calculated to produce a score.
|Customer Review Experience||Value|
|Positive Review||5 points per review|
|Neutral Review||3 points per review|
|Negative Review||1 point per review|
BBB letter grades represent the BBB's opinion of the business. The BBB grade is based on BBB file information about the business. In some cases, a business' grade may be lowered if the BBB does not have sufficient information about the business despite BBB requests for that information from the business.
BBB Letter Grade Scale
Star Rating scale
BBB Customer Review Rating plus BBB Rating is not a guarantee of a business' reliability or performance, and BBB recommends that consumers consider a business' BBB Rating and Customer Review Rating in addition to all other available information about the business. If the BBB Rating is NR then only Customer Reviews are used for the Star Rating.

Complaint: I have questions regarding the warranty and have been trying to contact a representative for assistance but all I get is, "Fill out the claim form." My tire was punctured by a nail on the 3rd of July. When I called the company to get assistance on how to handle the warranty I had purchased with the tire, the representative was unsure and directed me to fill out an online claim. I asked to speak with a manager and was informed no manager is available. After reviewing the warranty again, I still had questions, called back, asked for further assistance, and again, was told, no one is available. After a few phone calls, a representative sent an email to the "back office" and they sent me what looked to be a generic email, directing me to again, fill out the warranty claim. I do not feel comfortable filling anything out that I do not fully understand. I have explained this to each representative that has answered. I have explained this in the last email I sent. No one has called me back addressing any questions or concerns. The last 4 times I called, I immediately asked to speak to a manager and each representative has replied, "Is this ********?" I feel they are trying to wait out the time I have to submit the claim and will then tell me there is nothing they can do. I have been driving around on a donut for two weeks now, which is not the safest. The invoice number is VTXXXXXX, the certificate number for the warranty is XXXXX. The tire covered is Vredestein Quatrac 3 ********* *** **** I have no training or certification in tire sales and shipping and/or warranty replacement and do not believe it is unreasonable to have someone in the business explain the process to me. All I am asking for is my questions answered before I fill something out that can negatively impact my dilemma.
Desired Settlement: I just want them to explain the warranty process to me and then honor the warranty I purchased from their company.
Business Response: Consumer's Final Response /* (2000, 6, 2013/07/18) */ I actually received an email from the company yesterday, and they seemed to have answered all my questions. The ladies answering the phones really didn't have much detailed information to provide and the email apologized for that as well. I am submitting the warranty form today.
