            I signed up for a few BYU OHS courses, one of which being the ENGL-051-T002-SC course. Part way through the course after seeing many errors in the text and assignments and reporting these to the staff, I discovered that the entire OHS program was running out of staff and as such was not able to correct the course material, nor provide the regular support and check-ins promised prior to signing up. Many errors also showed up on the final exam. These errors in addition to the lack of the promised support, I failed the exam 3 times. This was even after studying all the material again after each retake. I not only have records of some of the issues throughout the course but I also have my grades from the last 7 years of school. I maintained a 4.0 (A) average in every year previous to this program. Most of their other courses that had the proper support, I also got A's in. So the failing grade in this course is the outlier here. All previous English courses were >90% this one was <60%

            Online high school courses - I paid $200 for an online course for my daughter. I have a receipt, but there is no way for her to access the course. After logging in, we found that their website is a complete mess. **************** and Contact us don't work because they forgot to renew their web CERT for their captcha!In ****, no real online education site could possibly be this bad. And my student's high school actually recommended this site. IS BYU.edu A SCAM?Now I need to get a refund. Full refund if cancelle within 60 days. BUT THE WEBSITE AND THE ***** RECEIPT DO NOT HAVE ANY WAY OF REQUESTING A REFUND.BYU is an all-round disaster and possibly a scam.
