Rented from them for a few years as the price was low, but it took them 2 years to finally take care of a rotting wood ceiling in the bathroom. No one ever checked on the property and concerns over the broken gate was never addressed.When I moved out, we thoroughly cleaned the place, but was still charged $500 for a cleaning fee, $550 for some BS removal of fallen branches, and administrative fees that effectively meant I didn't get any of my security deposit back, all after calling them several times about the security deposit ( more than the 30-day legal limit in ****). In the end, just another slumlord. Don't deal with them.

The ceiling in the bathroom was not rotted! Paint was flaking which when finally we were contacted the problem was repaired. When an Owner says not to repair a gate we are not allowed to do so. It still worked but not to Property Management Services specifications unfortunately. in regards to cleaning, there were dark finger prints around wall switches and on doors, crumbs in cabinets, grease on outside of kitchen cabinets, cob webs in many rooms up by ceilings, etc. The yard had been totally cleaned up and junk trees removed 1 year ago and the tenants was told to keep them out. Yard maintenance is in their contract. He was also told of the junk trees growing in the back yard earlier this year that needed to be removed. He did not remove them again. We did not mention anything about fallen branches on his deposit explanation. So when he moved out they had to be removed again. The Owner paid for the 1st junk tree removal because the tenant had let it go and it looked like a jungle. But the Owner refused to do it again because it was in his contract to maintain the yard, which he didn't. On his Lease, under Terms and Conditions it is listed that there is a $100 non-refundable Administration Fees which is just above the wording of No smoking inside unit, garage or shed. This should not have been a surprise to him if he had read his lease.We are truly sorry for the disappointment this tenant had with us.
