      I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to address a concerning issue regarding the responsibility for the recent roof damage that occurred as a result of the wind storms. The contradictory information I have received from both the HOA and the insurance representative has left me in a state of confusion and frustration. To provide some context, as you are aware. I reported the roof damage to the HOA immediately after the wind storms occurred. I was then directed to contact the insurance company, as they were supposed to cover the necessary repairs. I was informed that the HOA should be held accountable for the damages. I kindly request your urgent assistance in resolving this issue promptly. The severity of the situation cannot be overstated, as the damage to my roof posses a serious risk to the structural integrity of my home. Delaying the necessary repairs could potentially lead to further complications and escalated costs, which I'm sure neither party wants. Given the conflicting information I have received, I kindly request that you thoroughly investigate the matter and provide me with a definitive answer as to who is responsible for addressing the roof damage. Clear communication is essential in this situation, as it will enable me to take the appropriate steps and ensure that my property is repaired in a timely manner. Furthermore, I kindly request that you provide an explanation for the initial miscommunication that led me to contact the insurance company unnecessarily. I believe it is crucial to address this matter to avoid similar misunderstandings in the future and to maintain transparency and accountability within our community. I trust that you will take my concerns seriously and act promptly to rectify this situation, to clarify the responsibility for the roof damage. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.       Very difficult to work with. Their management staff is aggressive and very defensive, they seem to lack all customer service mantras and actively try to belittle and dispute members that are stuck with HOAs they manage.
