Complaint: We had a plumber come out to unclog our kitchen sink. We choose this company for their advertisement of warranty. Their services fees were higher than others, but we choose them for their direct warranty for render services. While setting up the appointment, We were informed of the warranty (90 days), and the price($180). We accepted, and schedule the appt. The plumber came out and completed his worked. At that time he stated "it was a difficult, job" but he managed to unclog the sink. before finishing his job, he recommend a full pressure unclog system. (We decline, because it was an additional $200+). We did not received the invoice at time, and later was email to us. Fast for forward to now, my sink is beginning to clog again. We contacted beehive, and was informed there were no warranty. (Patti) stated because we didn't accept the additional services recommended by the plumber, the warranty was voided. She stated for the warranty to go in effect, you must accept all recommended services. She stated the warranty is not covered unless you purchase recommended services. The business warranty offers seems to be false advertising and their 100% guarantee of satisfaction seems to be inadequate of render services. This company seems to fish for additional services to justify their warranties. Even though this was a small job, I feel strongly that their advertisement and guarantee to satisfaction are false-practices.
Desired Settlement: They change the policies and procedures to make consumers aware of their business models. As for me, I like them to 1) warranty their services(fix the issue) or 2) refund the money.
Hello this is Matt N***** Owner Beehive Plumbing. I have reached out to customer and have left them a message. And let them know to call me so we can reslove this issue. However, I have not heard back. So I am awaiting a reply. Customer says we did not honor our warranty ? But we never gave him a warranty due to the fact the line was extremly dirty, and needed a hydro jetter. Customer declined this service. And as a result we could not warranty line due to the fact the customer declined the service that would make it warrantable. We as a company have no control over people declining service that our professional Plumbers Reccomend. And, as a result die to the fact we could not do the service recomended we feel we cannt warranty it as we were not able to do the service that would make it warrantable.
