I selected 7 Brothers based on its good reviews, their commitment to wrap furniture, and their statement on their website that they have over 16 years of experience moving, delivering and installing safes. I had two gun safes to move, including a gloss black ******** Medallion safe. 7 Brothers brought plastic wrap to the loading site, but did not wrap a single piece of furniture. I provided more than enough moving blankets, but they did not use most of those. Both safes suffered damage, especially the gloss black safe, which has significant damage on all sides and the top. They broke an expensive outdoor light fixture without telling me about it. I made a claim for damages and 7 Brothers paid the claim quickly, but their contract states their liability for lost or damaged items is limited to $0.60 per pound per article up to 20% of their fee. 20% of the fee I paid was $411.36. So, I received $411.36 for thousands of dollars of damages. They did make good use of the space in the truck and time. Monitor the work to make sure they wrap items and buy extra insurance for damages, if available.
