      #JCONTHEMOVE BECAUSE GOD PREVAILS.**** WAS PAID UPON HIS DRIVERS' 4 HOUR LATE ARRIVAL. WHEN THE MOVERS FINISHED 4 HOURS OF WORK AS AGREED. PAYMENT WOULD NOT BE RELEASED FOR OVER 2 HOURS. IF IT WAS. HONESTLY HE OWES FOR 6 HOURS AT THIS POINT. WHEN CALLING THE DRIVER HIS PHONE IS OFF. AND **** CLAIMS WE ARE NOT OWED ANYTHING MORE THAN WHAT HE HAD IN MIND. REGARDLESS OF OUR BUSINESS ARRANGEMENT. LABOR AND SOLID HELP IS HARD TO FIND. AND WE WORK HOURLY TO AVOID WHAT WOULD SEEM LIKE SLAVERY FOR MR. ******** UP. PLAN RIGHT. BE RESPECTFUL. BE HONEST. RUN A SUCCESSFUL BUSINESS. PLEASE CALL ME BACK ************

      I worked in various businesses for 62 years and have dealt with many thousands of people, as customers and as a customer. Do yourselves a HUGE favor and do NOT contract with SW Moving and Relocation. Gail C**** tops my short list of the most unprofessional, rude, angry and manipulative businessmen I have ever dealt with. He arrived for our furniture load hours late without enough helpers. When he arrived, he seemed to be angry - an attitude that got worse through the entire loading process. He complained about the amount of goods we had (from a 1000 sq ft house!) even though we had sent him photos of every, single item. Even tho' he responded to the email that included the pics, he later denied that he'd seen them. He was rough with our furniture and mishandled a beloved antique rolltop desk so badly that it fell off his dolly and broke into two pieces. He refused to provide us with an inventory of our goods that he put on his truck. He demanded a 50% initial payment before he left our house even tho' he'd never mentioned it before, and happily accepted our personal check. The truck arrived at our destination a week after the date he'd promised and, in the interim, he seemed totally unconcerned that we were left living in an empty house w/out our furniture (including our bed), kitchen materials, backup prescription meds etc. The driver (a super nice guy) arrived with no helpers (he said the workers he'd arranged for didn't show). Fortunately, we have two big, strong sons who were there to help and completed the unload. On the Saturday that the van arrived, and before he would authorize the unload, C**** demanded a cashier's check, cash or credit card as payment in full. He claimed to have informed us of this, altho' neither of us remembered it and he never informed us of it in any email chain. We did find that clause buried in the fine print near the bottom of the lengthy contract, so our Bad? C**** then demanded more money than the written contract stipulated, He repeatedly whined that he'd "worked hard on this job". He also understated the amount of the down payment we'd made until I pulled our copy of the check to prove the accurate amount. He moaned so much that I finally agreed to pay him the extra money just to finally get our goods into our new house and to get Gail C**** out of our lives forever. In a way, I feel sorry for C**** since, in every interaction we had with him, he seemed to be mad at the world. That's a sad way to go through this marvelous life with which we've been gifted. I repeat, do yourselves a HUGE favor and do NOT do business with Gail C****.
