    On July 1st I went into the Harley-Davidson in Salt Lake City to purchase an exhaust system. I was promised that this exhaust system for my brand new 2022 Harley Street Bob was going to be louder and meaner and make my bike sound tough and extremely loud. A louder exhaust was my only intent. When I dropped my bike off I was almost at the 1000 Mile Mark so I went ahead and allowed them to perform the Thousand Mile oil change. This turned out to be a horrible mistake! After waiting 2 months and finally receiving the exhaust system not only did the exhaust system sound the exact same as the previous exhaust system but during the service something had been sprayed on or spilled on my entire bike and it has damaged my bike. There are stains throughout the bike and where it used to be shiny black is now a discolored white cloudy substance that is not coming off of my bike. They ruined the engine, my sissy bar as well as my crash bar and the brand new exhaust. As mentioned before, this was a brand new bike and I found scratches throughout my bike that were not there when I dropped it off as well. Not only was I lied to and misled about the exhaust but my bike was damaged during the process. I am seeking help to get reimbursed the time and money spent as well as additional for the damages to my bike.

    I found a jacket online. It said it was sold out, but to call the local store for more supply. So i called the store explained i was looking for this jacket i found online for $200 but was sold out did they have it? She said let me check. **** came back and said yes i have it do you want me to hold it for you? I said yes i will get my kids ready, and i will be there please hold it for **** showed up there she said i have 3 available 1 in a large, and 2 in an x-large. I said i will take the large, and if it doesn't fit he can come back after charismas and exchange it for the x-large since i was not 100% of my brothers size. I said is it a good jacket, i'm buying it as a gift. I'm a nurse I don't ride motorcycles. She said this is such a popular jacket he is just going to love it. **** said its $200 online its such a great deal. I said i know that's why i called before i came over so i didn't drive all the way over for nothing. I said ok i will take it.I get my card out to pay. and she rings it up for full price. I said its $200 online. She said oh i can't sell it to you for that price. I said i called before coming over, and you were just telling me how great of a deal it was. She said yeah online, but i can't sell it to you for that price in the store we don't price match. Now i am sorry but this is awful customer service. **** told me not only over the phone but also in store when i got there how great of a deal it was. I wasted my time driving across town to be told i can't sell it to you even though i just raved about how good of a deal it was for $200.I thought it was not only unprofessional but disrespectful to waste my time, my gas, and getting my kids out for no reason when she had no intention of selling me the jacket for what we had talked about. Talk about disappointment.
