            Rasmussen came to rake leaves on our lawn. I have raked the lawn many times - this is the first time I have asked them to do it - typically it takes me 2-3 hours to do the entire lawn. They charged me for 11 hours to rake the lawn - which is ludicrous. I disputed this in November of last year. They promised to call me back. They never did - they now say they have no record of me having ever disputed this. The amount of time that they charged me for is enough to rake the lawn 2-3 times. I believe ... since I have been operating in good faith with this company ... that they should come back out next fall and rake the lawn for free or refund half of the money that I have paid to them.

            I hired Rasmussen Landscape to work on my small patio area in July 2023.. I wanted a small fountain, a rose trained on a trellis, some pavers on the perimeter for the patio, 2 small areas of ground cover and two boxwoods. I never knew when they were going to come to work on the patio. There were no specific costs for any of the materials or work but they wanted me to pay half of the total upfront ($3300). And then, when the patio was half finished, they sent me another bill for almost $3000, saying they wouldn't come back to work until I paid them. So, I paid them. I must have been crazy to get involved with them in the first place.They still haven't finished the project. I don't have the fountain, or the rose, or the right trellis.I can not recommend them to anyone.

            I spoke with the client today about the last few pending items on her project. We are working on tracking down the materials and we have scheduled her to meet with our general manager next week to discuss finishing the project.
